Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of skincare + body products, we cannot accept used or opened products for returns.

We may accept returns on unopened, unused items within 14 days of delivery.
Customer is responsible for return shipping unless product arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your package arrives damaged or there is an issue with your order:

We will replace or refund as appropriate.
